Independent procurement coordination
About Automated Assembly Line Sourcing
Automated Assembly Line Sourcing is an independent sourcing partner for US plant buyers who need factory quotations on a dedicated automated assembly line. We do not operate a factory, hold stock or borrow OEM identity. Evidence on this site is limited to procurement questions, public specification units and buyer-supplied process data.
Evidence policy
We publish comparison methods, not unverified capacity, certifications or discount percentages. Supplier documents are requested for a named RFQ; they are not this site’s credentials.
Evidence policy: Sample run
A sample run is evidence only if the lot includes the tolerance extremes the plant will actually buy. Ask for joining records, inspection results and reject handling on those parts. Public platform guides may list transport speed, track width, pallet payload and positional accuracy; treat them as units to request, not as proven output on your feedstock. We will not invent customer logos or annual throughput to fill this page.
Site readiness
Site evidence is a utility and access pack: three-phase supply, compressed air demand, cooling water, footprint, floor loading if known, and the PLC interface. Photographs of the cell help manufacturers comment on work envelope clashes. Missing utilities are recorded as open items, not assumed to be free. If the buyer cannot provide samples before FAT, that limitation stays visible in the comparison, because a dry-cycle demonstration is a weaker record than assembled good parts.
Owner acceptance
Owner acceptance evidence is the FAT/SAT plan the buyer and equipment supplier sign. We can comment on whether quoted hours cover training and spare parts, but we do not certify CE, UL or process capability for a whole line. One certificate on a single station does not cover the line. Any claim of “already audited factories” would be false here; factories are invited per inquiry.
Buyers remain responsible for process intent, representative samples and the commercial award. Equipment suppliers remain responsible for stating feasibility, inclusions and exclusions. Automated Assembly Line Sourcing remains responsible for circulating a consistent brief, collecting replies and highlighting mismatches in dwell time, payload and divert logic. That split is the evidence policy: each number on a quotation should trace to a buyer input or a supplier confirmation, not to a marketing sentence on this website.
Research notes used during site preparation cite an ATS automation platform comparison PDF for units and architecture questions. That citation is a reading aid. It does not create affiliation, authorization or a promise that any listed peak speed will appear on your SAT. If a bidder uses a different architecture, we still ask the same questions: independent dwell, nest mass inside payload, failed-assembly genealogy and tolerance extremes at acceptance.
